Tuna Noodle Casserole

What is a casserole? Well, some definitions refer to the dish that is used in the peparation this meal. It generally has a lid and often serves to hold the food in the oven as well as afterwards. Others point to the food that is prepared in such a dish. Regardless of your definition, Ms Clara is sure that you will enjoy this!

Ingredients:

  • 1 12-ounce can solid white tuna
  • 1 4-ounce can mushrooms
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 1 10 ½ - ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 ½ ounces milk
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cups crumbled vegetable chips
  • Baking dish

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Boil the 3 cups of egg noodles in water and drain.

  • Add the following ingredients to the pan of noodles: cream of mushroom soup, milk, mushrooms, peas, and tuna. Stir the ingredients.

  • Pour the mixture into your baking dish. Add the crumbled vegetable chips on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove when cooked and bubbling.

  • Serve alongside your favorite vegetable.
