Review - The Next Internet Millionaire Episode 1
Written by Kevin Matthews

“The Next Internet Millionaire," described as the world's first competitive Internet reality show, is the brilliant idea of Joel Comm. Joel Comm is a well-known marketing expert, and author of the bestseller, "The Adsense Code."

Watch Episode # 1 Below:

Comm reviewed about 300 audition videos and selected 12 contestants. The winner of the competition will get $25,000 and an opportunity at a joint venture with him. It is anticipated that there will be in the nature of 14 or 15 episodes.

In "Trump-esque" style, Comm assigns tasks to the two teams of contestants - the losing team meets him in the "the judgment room" where two individuals are to be targeted for "elimination."

*** Spoiler *** In a surprise "twist" to Episode #1, the two chosen for "elimination" were not sent home. Instead, they were placed "in the sandbox." This is actually hilarious and familiar to all those strive for high "search engine result page (SERP) listings." Newer sites are often ignored and given a low ranking until time has passed and the "search engines" (such as Google) have more confidence/trust in them. Sites that have been "Sandboxed" in this way still exist on the Internet. However, they receive little traffic through search engines. In an analogous way, the "Sandboxed" contestants could still remain in the Colorado complex. However, they were not permitted to participate in any of the tasks and looked forward to a time in the future when they could redeem themselves.

Impression: Reality shows are wildly popular at the current time. Such shows can often attract an audience by teaching them new material and letting them benefit from the experience of others. People often watch just to see if they can “pick up” some helpful tips and procedures. In this regard, the series has much to offer: Along with Comm, many marketing “gurus” present information to the contestants, help them with the tasks, and are also involved in the judging.

The series is full of truly dramatic scenes, the photography is good, and the background music is pleasing. It seems, this show will probably increase in popularity and really “take off.”
